I must have taken this picture by accident when I set the camera down on the table. I liked it enough to go ahead and include it.

The waiter took this picture of our group at dinner. As soon as he took it he said to Chuck, "I cut half of your face off but it's ok, they all know you were here."

Our family
Joel arrived home late Tuesday night. Erica and Andrea went and picked him up at the airport since I wasn't feeling well and Chuck had to work the next day. His flight didn't make it in until almost 1am. The next morning, Joel, Erica, Andrea and I went back to the airport to pick up Kylee. Kylee thought Joel's flight didn't come in until after her flight. Joel waited until we met her at the gate and had started down the corridor to claim her baggage before running up behind her with a scarf he had bought in advance for her and saying, "I think you dropped this". Kylee said, "No, I didn't". Joel kept insisting she had. Finally, she looked up and realized it was Joel. I think she was really surprised.
After picking up Kylee, we went to Grandma Bev's for a late lunch and visit. Then, on to Lawrence to meet Chuck and Brian for dinner at Vermont Street Barbecue. (You can't visit Kansas without sampling a little BBQ).
Thursday, Kylee and Joel went to his friend Shanda & Jessie's house for lunch and went to the meeting at Shawnee Meadows. Friday afternoon, we went to the movies and saw "Enchanted". Friday night, Shanda hosted a bonfire at her house with a friendly chili cook-off between her and Chuck.
Saturday, we spent on the Plaza. Saturday night, the boys all watched the KU v. MU game. Sunday, Joel gave the talk at our hall, Colly Creek. (He gave the same talk at Shawnee Meadows in September). Afterwards, we went back to the house for a large family dinner. Sunday night, Joel and Kylee rented the movie "Transformers".
We had to leave the house by 5:45am Monday morning for Kylee and Joel to catch their flights out. However, Joel is spending the night in Chicago tonight since all flights into New York were cancelled due to bad weather.
It was a really fun, fast visit. We were really happy we finally got to meet Kylee after hearing Joel talk so much about her. Chuck and I tried to buy a little allegiance before she left by giving her a pink KU T-shirt.
