Saturday morning my daughter Andrea woke up and discovered kittens had taken over her porch swing. About 7 weeks ago the mama cat had visited while pregnant, then disappeared. When she reappeared she was considerably thinner. Andrea thought maybe the kittens didn't make it. But apparently they did and now mama has decided Andrea's porch swing is the perfect new home. However, Andrea already has a cat, Carl. Carl doesn't want company, especially cute, little kittens. And while Andrea's porch swing in nice, it's not very warm in winter.
