Chuck getting the hot electrical line out of the driveway.
The ice storm broke a large tree limb off at Dave & Erica's house. The limb took out the utility line drop to their house. Chuck was able to reconnect the power for them so they did not have to wait on Westar to restore power, which may have taken much longer. The line lying across their driveway was hot but no one was hurt.
