Though Joel works as a volunteer in support of the Jehovah's Witnesses worldwide ministry, he is learning extremely valuable skills. Most of the work he did before going to Bethel was in the residential field. He is now learning and doing highly specialized motor control work which will be a great asset when he chooses to leave and enter the job market.
