Four frogs have taken up residence in our little pond. Hippy, Hoppy, Happy & Harry.

I purchased seven small goldfish for the pond. Total investment: $1.96.

We finally finished our new retaining wall, sort of. I still plan on planting flowers all along the top of the wall, which I will do in the spring. Chuck also needs to put down grass seed. It ended up being a much bigger project than anticipated and I am glad to be finished.

I purchased seven little goldfish and added them to the pond. I named one Mrs. Paul. Not to be outdone, Chuck named another Mr. Vanderkamp. One is brown, instead of gold, so of course we named him Brownie. The rest are nameless. Chuck thinks we should wait and see if they make it a week before naming anymore. We also have had four frogs move into the pond. We don't know where they came from, they just showed up and took up residence. Three are small and one is quite large.
